"Deliciously Sustainable: The Maple Syrup Farm at Château Scoudouc"

You never forget the way somewhere makes you feel. 8 hours in a Fredericton mall parking lot repairing a leaky radiator hose became a distant memory by the time we were welcomed the next morning with hot maple syrup lattes, fiddle music, and a tour of a maple tree tapping station. Rain was falling outside, and even though it was August outside of Moncton, New Brunswick, it felt like we were at the height of autumn, on the coziest day we could imagine.
